    Shipping

    All orders are shipped by UPS or USPS ground. Shipments to PO Boxes will be done by USPS (since UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes).

    USA Shipping

    During our Beta shipping phase, Standard ground shipping will apply for all shipments. Therefore, customers should expect to receive their packages in about 6-7 business days.

    Canada Shipping

    During our Beta shipping phase, Standard ground shipping will apply for all shipments. Therefore, customers should expect to receive their packages in about 7-10 business days.

    If your package gets stuck in Canadian customs, please contact us and we will try to help you get those packages out of customs and to your door.

    Returns

    If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email. We will then provide you with a return address. You will be issued a refund (excluding shipping cost). All makeup containers need to be full and in their original packaging. Items must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days to receive a full refund. As a matter of policy and safety, we do NOT resell returned cosmetics — they are discarded in the trash when we receive the returned items.

    For products that become damaged during shipment, please send us a photo. We will promptly either send you a refund or a replacement product, according to your wishes.
